This hands-on training teaches participants how to:

• Identify common types of fires and select the appropriate extinguisher.
• Use the PASS method (Pull, Aim, Squeeze, Sweep).
• Safely operate a fire extinguisher through guided practice.
• Recognize when a fire may be safely addressed and when it is time to evacuate.

Training is available for businesses, schools, organizations and community groups within our district and is designed to build practical skills and confidence while emphasizing personal safety.
