Mary Bridge offers two convenient ways for you to learn how to use your car seat correctly – virtual or in person. 

• Virtual Car Seat Check: A one-on-one video chat with an experienced Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST). This their most flexible scheduling option and can be done from the comfort and safety of home. To request a virtual appointment – complete the Virtual Car Seat request form (you can click/type right into the text boxes, no need to print it) and email the completed form back to childsafety@multicare.org. They will email you a link to connect to the appointment and instructions on how to prepare your time together. Expect that it can take up to 30-60 minutes per car seat.
• In-Person Car Seat Check: A one-on-one meet up with an experienced Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST) outside their office on MultiCare’s Tacoma campus. This service has limited availability, click here to view our schedule and register for an in-person appointment. Appointment slots are for one car seat in one vehicle. If you need help with more than one car seat and/or vehicle, please register for additional adjacent slots so we allow enough time.
